This approach allows you to personalize your experience by choosing which sites you prefer to explore further. Yes, we can customize the tour itinerary based on your interests, preferences, and timeline. Please contact us to discuss your ideas.
Reservations can be made directly on our website, where you’re currently browsing, or via email. A reservation is considered valid once payment confirmation is received. We’re in the process of implementing a deposit system for customers who prefer not to pay the full amount immediately. Although this system is not yet available, we encourage you to contact us if you’re interested in this option.
Please include your flight number when making a booking, allowing us to track your flight’s status. Should there be any delays, it’s essential to contact us within 20 minutes of landing. Following your notification, we’ll wait up to 40 minutes for you to meet us. If this period is exceeded, additional costs may be incurred.
Yes, an additional fee of at least €50 applies for extra stops during a transfer.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, PayPal, or iDEAL. Please note that credit card or PayPal payments incur an additional 3% fee.
Cancellations made at least 7 days in advance incur no fee. Cancellations made within 2-7 days incur a 50% fee, and within 2 days, a 100% fee is charged.
If you cannot locate your driver, please contact us immediately for assistance. Similarly, our driver will make an effort to contact you as well. It’s important for both parties to communicate promptly to ensure a smooth pickup process.
